• Gmail: When you submit a form, the details are sent to our Google Gmail account so we can reply to you.

• Access: Only the individual responsible for website management and email correspondence has access to this data. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
   

5. Data Retention We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for (e.g., resolving your query). We routinely review and delete inactive correspondence [45 days] to ensure we aren't holding data longer than needed.
